We provide free access to attend our weekend licensing class training. This training will prepare you to pass your state licensing exam. Additionally, once you are licensed, you will have access to mentorship and training, free leads, business cards (1 yr), E&O insurance (1 yr), and more.
In return, all we ask is that you agree to carry your contract appointments with us for one year and that you try hard to become successful with our help.
This position is 100% independent.

Our Independent agents are not employed by Empower Brokerage. They are considered self-employed and commissions are paid directly from the carriers, except for single payer contracts.

Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a Texas General Lines Life & Health License.
- Free licensing class is available to qualified individuals
- Must have reliable transportation (to attend the licensing class), cell phone and laptop is helpful)
- Must be coachable, motivated, and have good time management skills
- Sales experience and/or customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual is helpful
