All too often Agents get caught up in focusing on only one product, or a couple of products, that their client inquires about. Making this mistake leaves many important coverages out of the conversation that your client could potentially significantly benefit from. This training will teach Agents to ALWAYS portfolio sell. This means taking the time to properly utilize your Empower Fact Finder in every meeting to uncover potential gaps your client may have in their coverage and bring up concerns, wants, and needs that your client may have not otherwise considered if you as the Agent didn’t ask the right questions. Clients typically know what they want, it is our job to help them discover what they need.
