This is Class 1 of my AEP readiness training series. In this training, we will take it “back to the basics” of Medicare. Whether you are new to offering the Medicare line of business, or an industry veteran, it is always a great idea to regularly review the basics in the ever-changing world of Medicare.
While we go through Empower Brokerage’s Medicare 101, we will call out and focus on items that are most likely to have the most significant changes as we near AEP 2025. These upcoming changes will be a great focal point when interacting with, and propscepting for, potential clients leading up to, and during, AEP. This training will go hand-in-hand and be an important prerequisite to my upcoming AEP Readiness Class 2, so do not miss out!
