1. Purpose of the Export:
- The Export aims to proactively identify current plan year enrollments within an agent’s book of business where their AOR status could be jeopardized.
- It helps agents in keeping correct records and ensuring compliance with enrollment processes.
2. How agents access the Export:
- Agents can find this export in the Exports tab of their HealthSherpa account.
- By clicking “Generate,” agents start the export process.
- Once complete, the export is sent to their inbox for download and access.
3. Export Columns:
- The export has three essential columns:
- Federal Exchange ID: also known as the FFM Application ID
- Client Details Page URL: Clicking this URL directs agents to the client details page, triggering a sync with the CMS Marketplace.
- Archived Status: Shows whether the enrollment is archived.
4. At-Risk AOR tab:
- HealthSherpa agent accounts feature an At-Risk AOR tab within the client’s page. This tab lists the Client name, Federal Exchange ID, and the date of the last sync (last synced at).
5. Fraud Suspicions:
