April Team Member of the Month

John Shinn has been awarded Team Member of the Month for April!

John’s fellow team members describe him as always willing to help, with a cheerful attitude, and goes above and beyond to serve our agents. He has been thinking outside the box to create better ways to track agents’ developmental progress. He never says no when asked to help, and is kind and very knowledgeable of Empower’s products. He works hard, even when he is buried with work he will take the time to explain something. He makes his team members feel like vital parts of the Empower team.
