In this training, our goal is to inform agents working in the under-65 health space on how to handle various common scenarios that they may run across throughout the year. These scenarios include Data Matching Inconsistencies (DMIs), enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE), Access Revoked, and Agent of Record (AOR) at Risk Clients. We will also go over how agents can best handle the new CMS-required “Resume Link” for consumers who have an existing agent or marketplace plan that does not show you as the agent. We hope to see you there!
